  • Delivery: Same Day Delivery Across Mumbai For Prepaid Orders, Next Day Delivery for All Metros, 2 day delivery for smaller cities 
  • Express Shipping Is Available!
  • Same Day Delivery Is Available for Mumbai Only (Contact us For Same Day Delivery Rates)

Exception: Products marked as 'Preorder' are the only exception; these products will need additional time to ship. 

(Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding sundays, public and bank holidays and religious or statutory holidays in US/ Hong Kong China / India, depending on the product ordered) 

 

Your purchases may arrive in one or more than one package, but only one delivery fee is charged for your entire order, based on the shipping rate for small package shipping. Prepaid orders have free delivery, and are delivered in 3-5 business at max to serviceable pin codes.

Cash on delivery attracts a Rs. 100 charge for processing and collection.

An email notification will be sent to you when your package(s) are dispatched, and this will include tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

The delivery time may be subject to change, post the order being dispatched, depending on what you order, from where and the country you're ordering to.

Fiesta Resortwear is able to offer international delivery for pre-paid orders only. Before placing an international order, please be aware that you will be liable to pay customs duty in the country you are ordering to. Fiesta Resortwear takes no responsibility for such duties or taxes and assumes no liability for the same. You, the customer, are responsible to pay your own taxes and duty to clear these goods.

Shipping and Delivery

Our logistics partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and other political situations.

As soon as your package ships, we will email you regarding the dispatch of your product (s).

 

Cancellations

Due to the unforeseen circumstances, if you wish to cancel your order you can contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

If you choose to cancel your order post the 12 hour mark, we won't be able to ensure any refund, as our team begins working tirelessly to help build your order, so that the order is made as quickly as possible and delivered to you.
