Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, Fiesta Resortwear does not claim ownership of Images and all Images remain the property of their respective rights holders or licensors.

    1.2 Supplier Warranties. Where Images are supplied by a Supplier, the Supplier represents and warrants that it has obtained and maintains all necessary rights, releases, consents and licenses (including model releases, copyright assignments or licenses and any necessary personality or publicity rights) required to grant Fiesta Resortwear the right to display, reproduce and distribute the Images for the purposes described on this website and our social channels. The Supplier shall indemnify and hold Fiesta Resortwear harmless from any claim, loss or liability arising from breach of this warranty.
