Courier services typically contact you to confirm availability. If the first attempt is unsuccessful, a second attempt is usually made. If the package remains undelivered and is returned to our New Delhi office, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to initiate a redelivery.
11. Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
